Yes! and also yellow, especially when live near the river mouth its tail very bright yellow, because of shrimps feeding habits.  We can see its young, from 1cm to 30cm only in the lower part of Mekong, but in middle part of Thai-Lao mekong only mature one occurred.
In Vietnamese call it Ca' Bong Lao,  and mainly fished from the coastal areas/delicious.
