Thank so much for comments and viewing, I don't think it is dolphin, if is dolphin it have to surface several times for breathing as we saw in Si pan done, that we can see their head, hump and fin clearly anytime. This VCD show both small fish(s?) and big ?fish come togather. Small fish splashed several time beside the waves, while big one keeping submerged and went upstream slowly.

Very reasonable, and interesting, we also saw smaller fish around that ???object too, it possible that they go along for eating residual or scrap of pup (placenta, tissue and anything excrete when deliberate birth???). If it positively proved will be good for conservation awareness and Daming protection!!!
The dolphin or Pa Kha of Si Pan Don Lao and Cambodian Mekong is Irrawaddi Dolphin, Inland population that now Critically Endangered, it can not swimm upstream over the Khone Fall.
