I agree with Khun Lamyok and Khun Knot's identifications: Oligodon fasciolatus and Micryletta inornata. Khun Knot is also right about the Oligodon: they are too aggressive to be good pets. The insect seems to be a jewel bug, Scutelleridae (Heteroptera).
