ขอความอนุเคราะห์ ความช่วยเหลือจากสมาชิกทุกท่าน
ให้ช่วยในการจำแนกชนิด จิ้งจก-ตุ๊กแก สามชนิด จากสระบุรี
(ด้วยความที่ผมอับจนปัญญาแล้วครับ...ฮา)

และอยากจะขอให้ช่วยชี้เป้าตำราที่ใช้จำแนกสัตว์เลื้อยคลานในบ้านเราให้ด้วยครับ
หายาก และขาดแคลนเหลือเกิน

ชนิดที่หนึ่งเดาว่าเป็นจิ้งจกอะไรสักอย่าง

ชนิดที่สองคงเป็นจิ้งจก (นิ้วยาว) เหมือนกัน เจอเยอะมาก

ชนิดที่สามอีกมุม ทั้งสามชนิดพบในป่าเบญจพรรณบนเขาหินปูน

Herp : เลื้อยคลานและครึ่งบกครึ่งน้ำ

ตัวแรก จิ้งจกบ้านหางแบน พบทั่วไป

ตัวสอง จิ้งจกดินข้างดำ เป็นเฉพาะถิ่นของเขาหินปูนในแถบนั้นครับ

อยากรู้เพราะอยากรู้ หรือสนใจพิเศษ หรือเริ่มสนใจ หรือ... (ไม่ต้องตอบผมหรอก ผมถามไปงั้นๆเพื่อให้ลองตอบตัวเอง) เพราะผมเองก็เคยประสบปัญหาเดียวกัน เพียงแต่โชคร้ายกว่าเยอะ

เอกสารปัจจุบันที่พอจะมีรูปทั้งสามชนิดนี้ ก็พอมีแต่หาซื้อไม่ได้แล้วซะอีก (ส่วนเอกสารโบราณก็มีเกือบครบ เหมาะสำหรับคนที่ต้องการศึกษาเชิงลึกมากกว่าสนใจขั้นธรรมดา) หนังสือที่ควรหาไว้ประจำกายก็มีตามลิงค์

ถ้าสนใจเชิงลึกก็ไปห้องสมุดคณะประมง ม.เกษตรฯ หรือที่ภาคชีววิทยา ม.จุฬาฯ แล้วไปหา Taylor (1963 มั้ง) Lizards of Thailand. นอกนั้นก็พยายามตามเก็บตามในเวบต่างๆเพิ่มเติม(แต่ไม่ได้ให้เชื่อในทุกๆแหล่ง แม้แต่ในหนังสือ) เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการจำแนกกลุ่มจิ้งจก ตุ๊กแก ตุ๊กกาย ฯลฯ แต่ละกลุ่มว่าดูอย่างไร และสนองความสนใจต่อไป

ส่วนเจ้า ๓ ชนิดข้างบน มีดังนี้
๑. จิ้งจกหินลายกระ (Gehyra felhmanni)
๒. จิ้งจกดินข้างดำ (Dixonius melanostictus)
๓. ตุ๊กแกสยามตาเขียว (Gekko siamensis)
