ถ่ายตอนปีใหม่พอดีครับ ที่ไร่ที่เมืองกาญ ไข่อย่ห่างจากสระน้ำ 3 เมตร กำลังกวาดใบไม้ครับ อยู่ใต้กองใบไม้ ตัวเเม่สีน้ำตาลอ่อน เลียยเร็ว อวบ สั้นประมาณ
ฟุตนิดๆๆ ถ่ายไม่ทันครับ คิดว่าเป็นงูอะไรคับ

ไข่งูลายสอ (Xenochrophis sp) ครับ เป็นไปได้ทั้ง X. piscator หรือ X. flavipunctatus (ผมจำแนกไข่ระหว่างสองชนิดนี้ยังไม่ได้) โดยพิจารณาจากทรงไข่ที่ค่อนข้างมาทางกลม(รีเล็กน้อย) ขนาดไข่ที่ค่อนข้างเล็ก (ถ้าไม่หลอกเอาไฟแช็กยักษ์มาเทียบ) และจำนวนไข่ที่มากขนาดนี้ (มากกว่าสามสิบ)

มันเป็นงูไม่มีพิษอะไร ลองปล่อยให้มันฟักใต้ใบไม้แห้งสุมๆแล้วอีกสักเดือนกว่าๆค่อยมาดูลูกงูเลื้อยเล่นกันครับ ไข่ชุดนี้ก็เพิ่งวางไม่นานนัก ระยะฟักไข่ของงูชนิดนี้ก็ไม่เกินสองเดือน ถ้าเห็นลูกมันแล้วอาจจะรักก็ได้ครับ (และช่วยให้รู้ว่าเป็นชนิดไหนแน่)
